Rules & Regulations

To ensure a disciplined and safe environment at Bright Buds School, all students and parents are requested to follow these rules and guidelines.

  • Communicate only in English inside the school campus. Parents are encouraged to support this at home.
  • No one is allowed inside the campus without valid reason during school hours.
  • Students will be handed over only to parents or authorized visitors with a pass.
  • Loss of ID card or visitor pass should be reported immediately to the office.
  • Toys, gadgets, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
  • No costly ornaments. Management is not responsible for any loss.
  • Materials must follow the school’s prescribed pattern for uniformity.
  • Meet the principal between 4.30 pm – 5.30 pm after prior appointment.
  • Prior permission is required to meet teachers during school hours.
  • No T.C. or certificates will be issued if fees are unpaid or promotion results are pending.
  • All fees must be remitted on time; non-payment for more than one term may result in removal of enrolment.
  • Parents should check and sign the school diary daily.
  • Any damage to school property must be compensated by the parents.
  • Participation in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities is compulsory.
  • Students must strictly maintain school discipline.
A Lighter School Bag

Pack only relevant books according to the timetable to avoid unnecessary items.

Responsible Ownership

Label all belongings with child’s name and class to trace misplaced items easily.

Punctuality

Students must be punctual. Late arrivals require a note in the diary by parents.

School Attire

Uniform must follow the prescribed design. No modifications allowed.

Hair Style

Girls: Hair short or neatly tied with white ribbons.
Boys: Hair neatly combed, not beyond eyebrows, collar, or tip of ear.

Lost Property

Found items kept in the office. Contact promptly if an item is lost.

Stationery & School Property
  • Children are responsible for supplied materials.
  • No child should damage school furniture, walls, or other belongings.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately and compensated by responsible parties.
  • Litter must be disposed in dustbins.
Effective Listening
  • Concentrate fully on the teacher, avoid distractions.
  • Clarify doubts immediately and summarize main ideas.
  • Be open-minded and respectful to others’ viewpoints.
Recommendations to Parents/Guardians
  • Check diary daily and ensure homework completion.
  • Maintain study hours and personal cleanliness at home.
  • Do not contact teachers directly during school hours without prior permission.
  • Guide children to become responsible and independent, e.g., making their own bed, polishing shoes.
